The organisation provides employment for a large pool of self employed musicians in South Wales, but also aims to benefit local charities through philanthropic projects.

Ensemble Cambrica performs for the community and with the community in the following ways:

• The organization is flexible in size which allows us to reach our audience in a diverse range of settings such as schools, hospitals, workplaces, concert halls and arts festivals.
• We will provide projects which educate and engage both through performance and participation. We aim to offer opportunities to people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ensemble Cambrica will use ever developing technology and partner with experts in the field to extend community access to music through virtual performances and other social media projects. This will enable us to impact a global audience.
